We have extensive knowledge and expertise when it comes to high-end property. The properties we have worked on achieve on average 10-15% more in sales and do not remain on the market for long. A number of our projects achieved a street and suburb record. Those sold off market found buyers well before completion.

At Polina Radchenko Interiors we offer services to assist with the entire property journey, from initial concepts, finishes and fixture selections through to creating detailed documentation packages to assist with project pricing, securing a buyer, tender and construction process.

We also endeavour to add value to our projects by collaborating with specialist consultants including 3D visualisers, photographers and property stylists. In addition to that, we strive to utilise our network of relationships to secure relevant media and PR opportunities on completed projects.

Commercial

Our professional design team brings extensive training and a wealth of experience to your project. Our interior designers plan and detail commercial and residential building interiors for effective use with particular emphasis on space creation, space planning and factors that affect our responses to living and working environments. Good design can enable people to live and work more efficiently, comfortably, profitably, securely and pleasurably in a more aesthetically fulfilling and functional environment.

Our project skills and experience range from the refurbishment of a single space to the ability to design and document the fit out of a multi-storey commercial building. We engaged Polina to provide the Interior Design for a high end home renovation on Mt Tamborine. Polina easily understood her role and effortlessly undertook the work within our very short time program. She skilfully proposed design inclusions into our overall architectural design.
