Situated in Coolum, this modern coastal home was designed to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views over the ocean from all aspects.

The expansive kitchen features an asymmetrical, sculptural island bench with a fluted stone curve to one end and a subtle brass leg to the other, keeping that end open. The stone features a striking marble vein throughout, adding a strong character to the design while keeping with the coastal feel of the home.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows maximises the indoor-outdoor connection, while planter boxes help bring the outside in.

Polina Radchenko worked closely with the client and the building designer to bring their vision to life and make this home a truly beautiful, unique space for the family to live in.

This home is currently under construction, estimated to complete early 2023.
