Located on the north side of Brisbane, Verde was completed in early 2024 for a medium sized construction company.

A warm, muted colour palette along with a simple, paired back aesthetic are a reflection of company values of professionalism, sustainability and integrity. Abundance of planting and feature greens serve to create a sense of relaxation and wonder as well as to break up a very open plan and add privacy.

The fitout accommodates close to 40 staff and features new amenities, a reception area, several meeting and training rooms, a boardroom, a kitchenette and multiple offices. It also showcases innovative space typologies such as Open Collaboration, semi-private Manager Pods and a Think Tank.

Polina Radchenko Interiors worked closely with the client from project conception and team chart mapping through to spatial planning and test fitting, design and documentation, finishes, fixtures and furniture selection as well as engagement thought construction to assist with site queries.
